K-Reamers : Non-sterile manual stainless-steel files

Non-sterile K-Reamers files can be used for manual root canal treatments. 

K Reamers were originally used to find canals entrances. Today they are mainly used at the end of the root canal preparation as a finisher, to eliminate residual mineral and organic tissues or to place the sealer.
